WHOLESALE AGREEMENT
Your submission of this Wholesale Agreement indicates that you agree to the following:
Minimum Order Requirements: Approved buyers qualify for wholesale discounting on any order of two (2) or more copies of any Echo Point Books title.
Discounts: Wholesale discounting varies by account, title and quantity. For information about a particular title, please contact our customer service department.
Billing: All orders must be accompanied by payment in full prior to the being dispatched. You may order inventory from Wholesaler by credit card or PayPal payment, money order, or wire transfer.
Sales and Tax: Retailer agrees that it is the sole responsibility of Retailer to collect, report and remit all taxes to the correct tax authority for all business transactions, sales or revenue stemming from the sales of the Wholesaler's products. Retailer further agrees that Wholesaler is not obligated to determine whether a sales tax applies and is not responsible to collect, report or remit any tax information arising from any transaction involving the products provided.
Shipping: Shipping speeds are subject to item availability, method (expedited, standard) and the carrier chosen. Echo Point Books & Media is not responsible for reasonable delays due to normal carrier operation. The buyer is required to pay for shipping costs. We cannot charge Third Party shipping accounts.
Errors, Returns and Warranty: Order errors and/or defects must be brought to Wholesaler's attention within five (5) business days of receipt of shipment by Retailer. Retailer will not send a knowingly defective product to a customer. Wholesale sales are considered final with no returns.
Buyers may qualify for additional wholesale discounts on condition that they do not resell the purchased items via disapproved electronic outlets.
